TITAN’s Crystalline solar modules have rated output ranging from 20-300Wp with various voltage ratings. TITAN sources high performance Mono and Multi Crystalline solar cells from leading international suppliers to provide maximum energy throughput and long-term reliability. TITAN has been exporting its high-quality solar modules to major global markets since 1999: Titan’s modules for the European market are certified by TÜV Rheinland, Germany to meet IEC 61215 and IEC 61730-2 standards. Specifically for the US market, TITAN produces solar modules manufactured with high-US content that are certified to UL1703 safety standards by Underwriters Laboratories , USA.

Modules Design:

High performance Mono/Multi Crystalline solar cells form the heart of TITAN Crystalline modules. These cells while offering a homogeneous appearance, allow for optimal use of the module area thus yielding high-efficiency. Due to its construction with high-quality Glass/EVA/Tedlar, the module is light in weight in addition to protecting the module/cells against harsh environmental conditions.

A torsion resistant module frame made of anodized aluminium alloy guarantees high mechanical strength, making the module resistant to extreme wind and hail storms. The module is equipped with additional mounting holes at side rails that give more rigidity after having mounted on the supporting structure. The bypass diodes integrated into the junction box allows the modules generate electricity even in partial shading.

Manufacturing and Quality:



State-of-the-art 100MW automated manufacturing facilities utilising the most current manufacturing processes with auto tabber/stringer machines ensure solar cells and other materials have minimal manual handling thus guaranteeing consistent high quality and performance. Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC), in compliance with ISO 9001-2008 standards, are implemented not only in the production lines but enforced and validated by a strong quality team at every step of production and dispatch. In-line process monitoring and archival of data of each module made of facilitates traceability of the entire process for each module.
